A wealth of experience in both customer service and administration prior to commencing her Real Estate career at LJ Hooker has equipped Emma with the necessary skills to swiftly move through the ranks at LJ Hooker.

Commencing as the Receptionist at the beginning of 2018 Emma endeared herself to landlord and tenants with her friendly nature and commitment to going above and beyond to assist clients with the queries. Emma moved into a leasing role managing the enquiry from prospective tenants, pre-approving tenants, processing applications and preparing all Lease documentation.

Moving into Property Management was a natural progression for Emma who possesses great attention detail, takes great pride in her work and is an extremely hard working member of the team. Emma has a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, is extremely efficient in communicating and achieving the desired result for her clients.

Emma has formed great relationships with many of the company’s landlord and tenants, and is extremely well respected and admired by the staff at LJ Hooker!
