Dayna Anthony

Commencing with LJ Hooker Pakenham in 2010, Dayna quickly climbed the

LJ Hooker ranks, being elevated to Senior Property Manager in 2014. A testament to her strong work ethic and vast property management experience Dayna was then elevated to Department Manager at our Beaconsfield branch, where she capably managed a large portfolio and property management team for over 7 years.

Well versed in the Residential Tenancies Act, Dayna capably manages the required tasks from advertising and securing new renters, ingoing & outgoing inspections, organising and overseeing required maintenance, compliance, processing renter payments, managing bonds and leases, following up any rent arrears and attending VCAT if required. Dayna also has an excellent working knowledge of the financial aspect of trust accounting, including processing rental provider payments and issuing financial statements.

Extremely organised and with exceptional knowledge, Dayna has completed the ‘Course in Property’, and is fully qualified to assist with all property management requirements. Consistently a member of LJ Hooker’s prestigious ‘Captains Club’ which recognises the top performers throughout the LJ Hooker network, her years of experience make her one of the most trusted and respected Property Manager’s in the district.
