Belinda Materoa

Belinda Materoa joined the team at LJ Hooker in 2019, having previously worked for the past year in a large Property Management team in a very large and busy portfolio in Dandenong.

Originally from New Zealand Belinda re-located to Melbourne in 2012, settling in the local area with her family. Belinda brings with her a wealth of experience having worked 5 years in hospitality and as a Quality Assurance Officer.

Belinda was always keen to enter the real estate industry, and has not looked back since commencing her real estate career, having both a passion and a talent for real estate!

Belinda has a very positive attitude, excellent work ethic, determination and desire to constantly improve. She now capably manages her own portfolio and aims to deliver a smooth tenancy for both tenants and landlords alike. Her day to day duties include conducting routine inspections, managing property maintenance, renewing lease agreements, reviewing rental returns and processing rent increases, end of tenancy inspections as well as handling any rental arrears and VCAT proceedings should the need arise.

Belinda is an approachable, professional and diligent property manager who will ensure her landlords receive the correct advice and exceptional service!
